Service Plan Terms

1. Introduction


The Chameleon Inflatables Service Plan is a 4-year free repair plan exclusively available to registered vendors of [SA Jumping Castles](https://www.sajumpingcastles.co.za). It is designed to support professional jumping castle hire operators in keeping their fleet in safe, reliable, working condition.


The plan is included automatically and at no cost with every eligible jumping castle purchase — no separate subscription or enrolment fee is required.


2. Eligibility


To qualify for the Service Plan, all of the following must be true:


The product is a jumping castle purchased new from Chameleon Inflatables
The buyer is a registered vendor of SA Jumping Castles at the time of purchase, with an active listing on [www.sajumpingcastles.co.za](https://www.sajumpingcastles.co.za)
The jumping castle is listed on the vendor's SA Jumping Castles profile
The plan is maintained only while the vendor remains actively listed on SA Jumping Castles

Products not covered by the Service Plan include:


Water slides, interactive attractions, commercial inflatables, tarpaulins, and blowers
Jumping castles purchased second-hand or not directly from Chameleon Inflatables
Products purchased by customers who are not SA Jumping Castles vendors

3. Duration


The Service Plan runs for 4 years from the date of delivery or collection of the jumping castle.


No renewal is required — the plan is a single 4-year term
At the end of the 4-year term, the plan expires automatically
The plan does not extend or renew with subsequent purchases of other products

After the 4-year plan expires, standard repair charges apply per our Repair & Service Terms.


4. What the Service Plan Includes


Free Repair Work


During the 4-year plan period, Chameleon Inflatables will repair covered jumping castles free of charge for the following issue types:


Seam separation and re-stitching
Puncture and small tear repairs
Zipper replacement
Velcro replacement or re-stitching
Valve replacement
Netting and mesh repair or replacement
Reinforcement patching
General wear-and-tear repairs that affect safe operation

Priority Booking


Plan holders receive priority scheduling in our repair workshop. Covered repairs are booked ahead of standard paid repair queues, so your castle is back in service sooner.


Peace of Mind


You operate a commercial hire business. The Service Plan gives you predictable costs and fast turnaround on the repairs that professional operators face most often, keeping your fleet earning.


5. Discounted Rate Repairs (Not Free)


The following repair types fall outside the free cover but are offered to Service Plan holders at a discounted rate below our standard repair pricing:


Major structural rebuilds — significant structural damage requiring substantial material replacement
Impact damage — large tears, major fabric damage, or collapse-related damage from significant impacts
Water damage — damage caused by submersion, prolonged wet storage, or mould remediation
Extensive reconstruction — damage so significant it requires panels or sections to be rebuilt

A quote will be provided before any discounted-rate repair work begins. Payment terms follow our standard Repair & Service Terms.


6. What Is Not Covered


The Service Plan does not cover:


Deliberate damage or vandalism
Damage from commercial misuse (operating outside the Product Safety & Usage Guidelines, exceeding stated capacity, use in unsafe weather)
Modifications made by third parties or repairs attempted by anyone other than Chameleon Inflatables
Consumables and accessories — stakes, sandbags, ropes, carry bags, repair kits, replacement blowers
Products beyond economical repair (at our reasonable assessment)
Cosmetic issues that do not affect safe operation — sun fading, surface scuffs, minor marks

7. Conditions for Cover


To access Service Plan benefits:


The castle must be carried in to our workshop for assessment and repair (customer covers transport both ways)
The vendor must remain actively listed on SA Jumping Castles at the time of each repair claim
The specific castle being repaired must be listed on the vendor's SA Jumping Castles profile
Proof of original purchase (invoice or order reference) must be provided
The product must be clean and dry when dropped off

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the repair being handled under our standard Repair & Service Terms at full rates.


8. Loss of SA Jumping Castles Vendor Status


The Service Plan is inseparable from SA Jumping Castles vendor status. If, during the 4-year plan period, the vendor:


Cancels, suspends, or loses their SA Jumping Castles vendor listing
Removes the specific castle from their vendor profile
Fails to maintain their vendor status for any reason

...the Service Plan is suspended with immediate effect for as long as that status is inactive.


Reinstatement


If the vendor is restored to active SA Jumping Castles listing status at a later date, the Service Plan can be reinstated for the remainder of the original 4-year term. No extension is provided for the suspended period.


No Refunds


As the Service Plan is included free of charge, no refunds apply where the plan is suspended or cancelled due to loss of vendor status.


9. Transfer on Sale


If you sell or transfer the jumping castle during the Service Plan period:


The Service Plan only transfers if the new owner is also a registered vendor of SA Jumping Castles
The new owner must list the castle on their SA Jumping Castles profile
The new owner must provide the original proof of purchase at the time of any claim
The remaining months of the original 4-year plan transfer with the product — no extension is granted
If the new owner is not an SA Jumping Castles vendor, the plan terminates on transfer

10. Claim Process


To claim under the Service Plan:


1. Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp

2. Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or order reference)

3. Confirm that your SA Jumping Castles vendor listing is active and the castle is listed on your profile

4. Describe the issue and send photos where possible

5. Deliver the castle to our workshop for assessment

6. We will confirm whether the repair falls under free cover or discounted-rate cover

7. If free cover applies, repair work begins without further charge

8. If discounted-rate work applies, a quote is issued and work begins once accepted


11. Workshop Capacity


While priority booking is guaranteed for plan holders, repair turnaround may still be affected by workshop capacity, complexity of the repair, and material availability. We will always keep you informed of expected timelines.


12. Changes to the Service Plan


We reserve the right to amend these Service Plan Terms for future enrolments. The terms that apply to your plan are those in effect on the date of your castle's delivery or collection. Existing plan holders are not affected by changes to the plan structure.


13. Relationship with Our Warranty


The Service Plan extends and enhances our standard 1-year Warranty Policy for eligible products. Where warranty cover applies (during the first 12 months, for manufacturing defects), the warranty is your primary cover. For years 2–4, the Service Plan becomes your primary cover. There is no gap — eligible products move seamlessly from warranty to Service Plan cover.


Nothing in this Service Plan limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
